Do you think that the Democrat and Republican parties will become a third party?

I don't see this happening as long as the voting rules stay the way they are.  The fact that any Green votes will sabotage the election of a Dem for President, for instance, prevents the Green Party from ever becoming viable.

What third parties need to do is try to win some state house seats, and then bargain with the major parties to get some sort of preferential voting or proportional representation in elections in their state.   This idea was able to get on the ballot in Alaska two years ago, but unfortunately was defeated.  I'm surprised it hasn't happened in Vermont.
