Amnesty and Obamacare, if Trump is reelected will be more conservative. AA are friends with blue collar counterpart, Latinos, but like Arabs, they jobs away from AA. As far as Obamacare, it was a socialist idea from the Unions. Unions didn't advocate a Federal Jobs guarentee that Obama didnt want to get rid of patronage hiring

That's why Obama, like Climton kept losing seats in Congress, white collar jobs was reserved for privileged. Bill Clinton advised Obama not to do it, even under 60 votes

Ginnsberg should have retired when 2014 happened, progressives told her to retire. It wont matter that much anyways as we see with the Markey renomination, campaign finance reform only goes so far with McCain and Feingold reform. Planned Parenthood was affirmed 6-3, adoptions are getting more frequent as abortions are becoming more rare, as birth rates from 1973 have gone down due to income inequality from 3.5 for average family to 1.5

As for Obamacare, as 50 M jobs left, if you are on unemployment or SSA, you qualify for Medicare or Medicaid

Just like insisting that workers get 600 and get 2400 and pat for car notes, when you are on unemployment or Social Security cars become a luxury, not a necessity.  300 plus food stamps and 1200 a mnth is the poverty line for food stamps. You arent supposed to have a car

Biden is likely to win, but with a shrunken majority a 51/50  Senate and a 291-247 map is the most likely scenario.  Setting up the possibly of GA runoffs determing majority of Senate

Trafalgar polls are measuring Likeky voters and other pollsters are still going with RV, making it seem that Trump is gonna lose 413 map and this was always the case. That's why MSN puts up the map on how many cases TX and FL has.

The fact remains is that Trump has a 47 percent approval rating not a 39 percent rating and a close election 291-247 and a 51/49 Senate is probable

Ginsberg was already having health issues and before 2016, even in an R Senate, liberals told her to retire. She didn't do what she was supposed to do; consequently, giving Anthony Kennedy the opening the opportunity to give Trump a 5th Conservative Judge.

RBG and Roberts werent the swing vote, Kennedy hid his friendship with the Trumps' very well and did what they wanted, for a generation of a Supermajority Senate.

Biden also, sent to the floor Clarence Thomas nomination, in Dem majority panel on the Judiciary, Clarence Thomas didn't have the votes, but Alan Dixon, whom was defeated by Carol Mosley Braun was the culprit to getting Thomas the vacany
