Collins will vote against the pick if it doesn't matter.

If Murkowski, Romney and Grassley, for example, make it 50-49, Collins will be the 50th yes vote.

That's who she is and if the people of Maine are stupid enough to get fooled, they deserve to be remembered the same way we remember the Minnesotans who voted for Jesse Ventura.
