All of them are going to while Murkowski and Collins will vote no. Dean Heller like Corey Gardner voted for Kavanaugh.  Even if Romney votes no, On a tied Senate based on Ernst and McSally, Pence will vote to break the tie. That's why McConnell dont need Romney, Collins or Murkowski vote

Ernst, McSally and Gardner said they will vote for a Conservative.  So even if Romney defects, Rs still have 51 with Pence to move a conservative Justice , either before election or a lame duck session
