Gonna be on the tighter end of Likely R now that the courts have ordered Gross to have the Democratic party label. That's going to hurt him a bit more since he can't run away from the party

Safe R, just like MT, and KS and TX, these were supposed to be targets in 413 slide, since the Wildfires has changed the election towards climate change, then oil and gas states like Ak, FL, NC, MT, KS IA and OH will vote R

FL and NC arre Hurricane states and NC will split their votes for Prez and Senate
