Covid 19 reaffirmed the fact the trickled down economics theory, just like it did in 1929, 2008 and 2020, that tax cuts for millionaires doesn't trickle down to surpluses and job growth for the working poor, since Bush W, the bottom has gotten worse off and Rs have won 16/20 elections and the House, is responsible for revenue, which is tax cuts. I will never vote R
