Is Pulse Opinion Research running a total different operation for Rasmussen's national poll or something? What gives?

At this point two months before the election, "Up 9" is safe D. We are accustomed to seeing  over 10 as the measure of safety... a year out it is not safe enough, and two months before the election it is nearly unassailable.

lead  likelihood, three months and two months

0   50    50  10  87  91
1   55    56  11  88  92
2   59    64  12  89  93
3   64    69  13  90  94
4   69    73  14  91  95
5   72    77  15  92  96
6   76    78  16  93  97
7   80    80  17  94  97
8   83    84  18  95  97
9   85    87  19  96  97

Is Biden at +2 nation-wide? I'm not sure I understand your post.

Rasmussen/Pulse Opinion Resaerch has been doing a weekly poll too, and this week they have Biden +2 nationwide

Yeah, Rassy/POR has Biden/Trump 48/46 nationally this week. Their whole outfit is out to lunch. Their state polls reflect a different universe than the national ones.

olawakandi vs. 76-year-old Arkansas Yankee is the Jerry Springer match we’ve all been waiting for.

Trump is a GOP candidate, but he isn't Marco Rubio, lets face it, the only candidate he could beat was Benghazi Hillary in a 4 percent unemployment rate, if it was Hillary in 2008, before Benghazi, he would lose like now.
