Genuinely surprised they found a Biden lead in NC at the same time as their Biden +4 (or less with LV models) poll in PA.  Biden should seriously pursue a Sunbelt "backdoor" in the EC. 
He should invest in North Carolina

Does anybody have any data on his campaign's spending in NC (if at all)?

His new ad campaign on looters included NC.

as far as i know, he's been running ads in NC the entire time with the other battleground states

It’s pretty interesting how 1/3 of the state doesn’t have an opinion of their incumbent Senator. Tillis seems to be pretty unknown. That actually might be a weakness for him.

NC is probably going to be the toughest state for Atlas users to predict come Nov 2/3.

Cunningham was never winning by nine but he will still win. Tillis is a joke candidate and still hasn't gotten 50 in a single poll
