You know, with a margin like this in AZ, Biden is probably leading in Texas too. Just to plant that seed in everyone’s mind.

State Leg internals kind of already suggest that at this point I think.

You’re not wrong, but at least here no one can use “it’s an internal!” to justify totally ignoring the elephant (donkey?) in the room.

Glad Biden is at around 50. 49 is not bad. 50 is where you want to be at.

Does anyone want to help me build a time machine so I can go back in time and give the past weekend's version of Progressive Pessimist a lesson-teaching swirly?

Beto & the state Democratic Party are putting a lot of effort into flipping Texas (local ad buys, GOTV, new voter registration). I wouldn't be stunned if they deliver the state to Biden under the noses of national pundits/observers.

If the primaries are an indication, I can see Biden winning a state he barely campaigned in and Texas would certainly fit the bill.

Would be hilarious if Biden ends up losing PA only to win TX.

I'll take that trade.

You really think Trump hasn’t done unspeakable things to those socks by now?

Throw them into the incinerator.

Trump & Biden tied in AZ among whites at 45%.  Trump is -9 compared to 2016 exits for both whites (54%, 45%) and hispanics (31%, 23%).   So seems this is not mostly just demographic change, unless perhaps it's new people of both races moving in who are more Democratic?

College-educated white voters and suburbanites in Arizona have trended leftwards-like they have elsewhere-and that is obviously benefiting the Democrats. I also do think that an influx of new residents (i.e. the notorious "leftist Californians are invading (Insert state here)" phenomenon) is having an impact on the state's voting patterns. But Arizona does also have a substantial and increasing number of Hispanic and younger voters, and both groups obviously prefer Democrats.

Has anyone ever thought that just like trump supporting poll-ees, Fox News polls are skewing the results in a massive conspiracy to make trump's lead and own da libtards in November? Stay vigilant. Don't trust anyone. Infowars.com.

It looks like 3/4 SW states are now going to be Democratic. I wonder if Utah will trend D long term as well, especially post Trump.
