Hogan, then Baker, then Scott? Hard to say with Scott though because of Vermont's low black population.

Hmm I dont know my self its why I started the thread but it is worth noting Baker only lost boston by 3k votes and Hogan got 28% in prince George county which is like 90% black and republicans typically dont break single digits their No idea for scott     
so If i had to guess id say
1. Baker
2. Hogan
3. Scott

PG is less than 2/3 AA. It's far more likely that whites and Hispanics make up the "swing voter" segment of PG.
