I will note that my words are being cited as advocacy but at the same time if this thing is not amended then this should be voted down.

It's way too early to call for a final vote? Shouldn't at the very least the amendment be processed first?

I don't believe any Representative has proposed your amendment.

Unless something has changed since I was Speaker two years ago, only sitting members may offer amendments meaning I am at a loss for what Ted is declaring to be adopted at this juncture.

Well, I agreed to sponsor the amendment and nobody objected Tongue

as well as to object to tack’s amendment (which I can sponsor).

House members seem to have been confused.

Might want to separate out double motions to at least different lines if not different posts if this problem continues.

Looks like the choice has been made, in it's present state this should be voted down. I understand Muaddibs disappointment with the situation.

I thought the amendment had been accepted?

Tbh this was clearly rushed by the House; even if it was going to fail (which seems likely judging from the cloture vote as well as statements from House Representatives) it should have received a bit more debate.

I guess there is always the option of introducing a regional version in Lincoln if the Council wants.

Only on the one concern not the other we discussed. There is also on more beyond that.

On what authority is sev administering the vote? If that question can be answered, it goes a long way towards answering yours.

Was he designated by Razze in some fashion? That is the only thing I can think of.

Then I don't see why the vote is illegal.

I am starting to feel like tech support. Tongue

Wow I expected this to lose but not to get soundly defeated 0-6. Oh well Sad

Perhaps reopening the Senate debate would have been a better course.
