And vice-versa. I was thinking of this, since San Marino has a lower population than Mankato. It'd be as if Mankato became an independent nation.

Same thing for Monaco/France, Andorra/France-Spain, Liechenstein/Switzerland, etc.

I'm fairly sure France has a very open relationship with both Monaco and Andorra; as does Spain. I believe Leichtenstein is close with Switzerland, as well; but I'm not sure about San Marino.

They should need visas/green cards to do it because they're seperate countries but it should be made very easy to get them.
