(couldn't find any other Montenegrin thread through search, seemed better to bump the old election thread rather than starting a new one)

Apparently the Montenegrin government has collapsed? From what little there is in the English press apparently the two more left-wing europhilic parties in the previous anti-Djukanovic coalition, Socialist People's Party and In Black and White moved for a vote of no confidence in the expert government and have formed a minority government together with the Bosniak Party and Social Democratic Party propped up with outside support from Djukanovic's Democratic Party of Socialists with the young guy who leads the greenie In Black and White as Prime Minister.
At least I think that's what's happened from the scant english reporting. Does anyone (bigic?) know more about what's going on? What caused the government to collapse? Why these reformist parties have chosen to work with Djukanovic?
