Thank God nobody got killed - at least not yet (one injured person is said to be in critical condition) - but that`s not the point.
The point is that Delhi`s Jami Masjid is one of the world`s largest mosques (not to mention one of the most beautiful buildings I have ever been to) - this isn`t all that different, really, from Islamic militants targetting St Peter`s in Rome.
And the other point is, probably the reason why I am shocked right now, is of course that unlike any terrorist attack I`ve ever heard about on the news before, this hit a place where I`ve not only been (that would apply for some of the London sites as well) but that I have vivid, fond memories of - an aspect I`ve never much thought about before when comparing my reactions to other people`s.

Upon doing some more reading...
it was a very weak bomb - either very amateurishly done, or purposemade to shock, not to kill and destroy. (relieved)
