Ok, so seeing what's happening in 2020 here is a 2024 hypothetical.

In 2024 like most expect, Biden decides not to run for reelection. Vice President Kamala Harris is the front runner for the Dem nomination. However she gets primaried from the right by Pete Buttigieg, trying to make it a 2nd time; and from the left by Ilhan Omar, as the representative from the #squad

On the right, the GOP field consolidates surprisingly quickly, and leads to a 2 way race. On one side, Tucker Carlson, running a very #populist Purple heart campaign. On the other, Ted Cruz, basically running a religious right and more economically conservative campaign.

The Libertarians nominate Adam Kokesh, and the Greens Dario Hunter.

Harris.  Buttigieg is okay, if a bit overrated.  The rest, eww.

Pete. Kamala has a terrible record and I would never vote for any of the others.

Buttigieg easily, followed by Harris. Wouldn't vote for any of the rest under almost any circumstances.

Omar is ineligible to run, so you could've at least swapped in Tlaib lol.

Probably Harris in the primary, but would have to see who the nominees are before I decide on how to vote in the general.

Omar even though she's ineligible. Pete is terrible, Harris is good, Don't know much about Huntere. Adam Kokesh is a complete loser.

I hope there is a viable progressive contender in the 2024 Dem primaries, because none of the listed candidates is presidential for me. The choice between Harris and Buttiglieg is boring, so I'd ask Sen Elizabeth Warren to try again. AOC is too young, sadly
