You obviously didn't understand what he said.
He thanked the Supreme Court for making it almost certain that the winner of the election won't be known on Election Day, because the Supreme Court did not invalidate all extended deadlines for receiving of mail-in ballots.

That thank you was sarcastic.

And even at sarcasm, he ain't much kop.

If Trumpians are going to offer financial rewards to people coming forward with evidence of fraud, what's to say that this, in itself, won't be fraudulent.

When there's no evidence they can sure as hell make things up. Pillocks.

Trump loses appeal of Pennsylvania election case

https://www.cnbc.com/2020/11/27/trump-loses-appeal-of-pennsylvania-election-case.html

Key points:

A federal appeals court on Friday rejected an attempt from President Donald Trump’s reelection campaign to keep alive its effort to undo the result of Pennsylvania’s presidential election.

A three-judge panel on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit wrote in a scalding opinion that the Trump campaign’s “claims have no merit.”

The court opinion marks the latest court loss for Trump, who has refused to concede the election to President-elect Biden and is falsely asserting that he won the race.
