What is your favorite Canadian city?

Mine is Toronto without question.  Vancouver a distant second.

Vancouver, with Toronto a moderate second.

I'm greatly partial to Victoria, oddly enough. Smiley

Niagara Falls, followed by Toronto. What a music scene they have there!

Sarnia.  The best place to wait in line for an hour.

Vancouver or Quebec City.  I've never been to Toronto, and I found Montreal to be somewhat depressing.

Only have been to Niaggara Falls and Toronto, but from what I know about the country have to say Toronto.  Niagara Falls is very nice, and I have heard Vancouver and Montreal are real good as well, but Toronto is absolutley beautiful.

I've only been to Montreal and Toronto.  Both were nice but Montreal was much nicer.  I hear it not only has lots of strip clubs where 'things can happen', but a thriving sex industry of call girls and some street scene.

I've been to Toronto and Niagara Falls. Toronto was awesome! Niagara Falls was a tourist hellhole.

Never been there obviously, but Victoria, Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City, Charlottetwon and Halifax look very nice.

I think i'd have to go with Halifax though.

In terms of larger cities? Probably Winnipeg actually.

Never been to Canada, but I'd most like to visit Vancouver.

Vancouver is beautiful.  I was blessed to be there on one of the nicest days of the year weather-wise.  The mountains in the background were beautiful, and there was brilliant sunshine (though I was told that such was the case very few days out of the year).  The streets were very clean and orderly.  I really liked it.

Vancouver is great as long as you don't cross into the east side.  It's kind of funny (in the "weird" sense), because when you cross Main Street, there's almost a tangible decline in the quality of the area just from crossing the street.  I had to spend a night in the seedy area of town while waiting for a train, and it was not pleasant.

I'm happy to hear that a Canadian city has a seedy area.  I always hear how Canada doesn't have these problems because its government is so much more 'progressive' than the US. Tongue

The only Canadian cities I have visited were Ottawa/Hull, Montreal, and Victoria.  Of these, I best liked Ottawa.
