Personally I'd pick Michelle Obama if I were Biden's shoes, and that was my shortlist, but there are excellent arguments for both Laura Kelly and Hilda Solis.

Really, everyone not named Christine Quinn/Tulsi Gabbard would be a really attractive potential running mate in terms of either winning the election or being a partner in governing afterwards.
