Anyway, I endorse the Shakespeare quote that Kalwejt used to describe him in the original thread (the one linked in TexasGurl post). Not least because that is a line I actually recited on a theatre stage. Also, it is much more powerful than calling him a fascist.

Ah. I am of the opinion that the "neither" category already covers those cases instead, but I understand that others may give a different meaning to the two.
