Cotton isn't a candidate that can appeal to moderates. Harris wins, she'll lose in 2028 but has 4 years until then.

Assuming that the economy is good & that the Biden/Harris administration isn't extremely unpopular for whatever reason (so GOP enthusiasm is fairly low), the Harris/Buttigieg ticket wins easily.

Cotton's only path to the Presidency is an AOC nomination, and even that one might very well end in a Bezos Presidency.
