Not very complex, but given in general that young voters are Democratic and older voters are Republican, here's a map based on 2018 median age by state that shows how the Electoral College would look in a closely-fought race. A pretty tight distribution overall, as Democrats win 25 states (plus DC) and Republicans win 25 states.
