Yes, but she's not claiming London as part of Greater Albania so there's no implied contradiction - the irredentist claim is to areas where Albanians historically lived, not to where they live now.

It’s funny, if you take the train heading west out of Zurich, you go past a big allotment. Normally it’s just a pretty bog standard allotment, but since a couple of weeks ago it’s split precisely in half. On the east side almost every shed is flying a Serbian flag, then a gap, then on the other side a wall of Kosovan flags. Big give away that things are getting a bit ho-hum in the Balkans.

Anyway, I interact with Kosovo-Albanians on a daily basis. Most of them get annoyed at being called « Albanian » and claim that Greater Albania is as much a bogeyman used by the Serbians, Bulgarians and Macedonians to whip up anti-Albanian nationalism as it is a genuine project
