Well Tunisia is the only one I've been too, it was years ago before the arab spring but I remember having a good time. Tunisia also seems like the country thats doing the best out of it's revolution.

Morocco: Beautiful country. I like their cooking and I cook Moroccan dishes.
Tunisia: strong historical heritage and I've a brother in law and a niece coming from Tunisia.

Tunisia or Morocco. I slightly prefer Tunisia because the country is more democratic and religiously tolerant.

I like Ancient Egypt but I'm not a fan of modern day Egypt.
