Ok, so with the end of the 1948 game and the total flop that was 1912, I've decided to see if there is any interest for this one. Either of these choices will be then given an interest thread to see if anyone wants to play them.

1) A 1940 game where FDR decides to utterly reject the notion of running for a third term, leaving the Democratic Nomination wide open.

2) A 1932 with two alternate twists (Theodore Roosevelt Jr won the NY 1924 Gubernatorial Election and in 1928, the Democratic ticket of Walter F. George and Lewis Stevenson defeated Hoover/Curtis. As a result, George is in office when the Depression hits and we see several interesting things happen, such as the Republicans winning some seats in the South and Hugh A. Locke, Upton Sinclair, John R. Brinkley, and several others win their races for Governor and Senate in the 1930 midterms. This leads the fate of the parties in the air as, depending on what happens, the Socialist Party or another party could rise and take the place of one of the other two parties if they aren't too careful.

Both are interesting, but i do have a slight preference for the 1932 one.

Poll has been added. You can vote until the 11th, at which point, I'll write an interest thread which, if it gets more than three participants within a week, I'll find a co-host for and will write-up the game play thread, starting with the RNC and DNC

If I get a few more comments here, I might start up an interest thread for either game today, to see where everyone stands.

1932 it is. It'll take me a few days to write everything up, so be patient, but I'll hope you'll enjoy what I've written.
