I'd want Ridge, Lugar, Voinovich, Warner, or Collins. I'd say his best pick is Ridge, probably, and it also helps him in PA. Picking Lugar or Collins would definitely be interesting, as it would move the GOP significantly to the center.

Graham or Shaheen are obviously Gore's smart picks, but knowing that McCain wins in this TL, my guess is he picks Lieberman again or picks someone like Kerry.
