It's not even a good gotcha clip either. Biden says the wrong number and the clip cuts off. If the clip was Biden going "uh...uhm...120....uhm...million", yeah I could see it being damaging. But its a honest mistake and the vast majority of people will see that.

Not only is this not dementia, but mixing up orders of magnitude is something Biden has been doing his entire life.

I remember during the Biden/Palin debate he very confidently stated that there were Three.  Hundred.  Billion.  People.  in the United States.  Or something to that effect.  I guess he's been sundowning for a solid dozen years.

Something I would note: yesterday in Arizona, Trump said "almost 115k people have died". That is way worse than what Biden said. Biden just messed up the order of magnitude, Trump got the digits wrong.
