It is 2018. After a narrow victory over Tammy Baldwin in 2012, following a series of gaffes from her, incumbent senator Tommy Thompson is running for reelection. He voted yes on Kavanaugh, tax cuts and skinny repeal. His democratic challenger is unpopular former governor Jim Doyle. Does Doyle unseat Thompson?

I imagine it would end up exactly like the gubernatorial race, with Doyle winning by a razor thin margin.
