These are all the cities in both Dakotas with over 10,000 people.

I'm pretty sure all of them voted for Trump, except Vermillion.

Don't know anything about these cities, but Vermillion sounds pretty cool - a small city totally dominated by a major state university.

Sioux Falls is the closest to my relatives in southern Minnesota and northern Iowa, so I’ll go with that.

Sioux Falls, because my grandma grew up in Minnehaha County, but Fargo is a close second.

Rapid City or Spearfish. Closest to the Black Hills, which are an underrated part of the country.

I'd say Sioux Falls. It's a "big city" I guess and if I have to live somewhere that cold I'd rather have it be in an urban area.

Since I was born and grew up in Dickinson, I am obligated to vote for it.

I have also lived in Grand Forks, and have brothers who live in Mandan and Fargo. I did enjoy Grand Forks the year that I lived there, and graduated from college there.

Probably Sioux Falls for size alone, though I've not been and I did really enjoy Rapid "City" the two times I visited.

The only one I’ve spent enough time in to know for sure in Sioux Falls. Brookings also seems nice.
