Only about $100K for the actual Biden campaign.  The rest of the money raised went to the DNC.  Good stuff.

This is how joint fundraising agreements work, lol. The campaign itself can only raise 2.7k from individual people.

I'm aware.  But the 40-1 ratio is pretty wild.  $3.9M for the DNC is a nice haul.
