Would Corey Booker do better if the George Floyd murder happened before he dropped out?

Booker’s problem was that Biden was already the black community’s candidate of choice. Would they have shifted to a different preference if this incident occurred during the primary? Maybe, but I doubt it, and I seriously doubt that Booker would have ended up being the main beneficiary in the long run.

I agree with this analysis.  The main problem was Biden.  Then the backup, especially for black women, would have been Kamala.  Booker could never break through.
