Why did the town of Rock in Wood County grow from 880 people in 2012 to around 2.050 people in 2019 ?

In the 2000 Census and 2010 Census and 2011 estimates the population was stable at 880 people, but after 2012 it increased by 150 each year.

Why ?

Rock is in the middle of nowhere, just woods and swamps.

Did they find oil there or something ?

I found nothing on the Internet explaining it ...

The satellite image of that place only shows a couple farms ... strange.
