I suspect more Boomers have Silent Generation parents than Greatest Generation parents, though it may depend on where you draw the boundary. 

Cutoff between Greatest Generation and Silent Generation falls somewhere 1925 and 1929.  Baby Boom is 1946 to 1964 with a peak occurring in the late 1950s I believe.

On the other hand, fertility rates dropped after 1929 - so even if that cohort had a higher birth rate, there were fewer around compared to those born in the later Greatest Generation cohorts.
