So regardless of how this makes voters decide between Trump and Biden, how will the pandemic impact people voting at all? If states/counties refuse to issue mail-in ballots (since Trump and the GOP are hammering home the conspiracy that it's open to fraud), how will this impact turnout? Will people be too afraid of health risks to go and vote?
