Obviously Trump completely disregarded this advice. But in the Trump era, once-safe Republican states like Arizona, Georgia and Texas have trended Democratic, and ones like California, Colorado and Virginia slip even further away from the GOP. Will they finally take heed of the report for 2024 and beyond if Trump loses?
