How will Oswego County vote in future elections? Obama won it twice by small margins, but otherwise it has had a massive rightward shift, with the only Democrat winning Oswego County since 2012 being Chuck Schumer in his landslide victory.

Upstate New York is highly elastic. You can't point to just one or even two elections to form a trend.
