What would the 1992 electoral map have looked like without Perot in the race?

The map probably looks exactly the same, but Clinton wins by a larger margin in the PV because Perot pulled slightly more from Clinton and can devote more of his time trying to pry votes away from Bush as opposed to occasionally having to focus on Perot.

Bubba wins with more popular votes but fewer electoral votes, obviously.

✓ Governor William J. Clinton (D-AR)/Senator Albert Arnold Gore (D-TN): 347 EV. (51.86%)
President George H.W. Bush (R-TX)/Vice President J. Danforth Quayle (R-IN): 191 EV. (46.79%)

According to the exit polls, 38% of Perot voters would've voted for Clinton, 38% for Bush, & 24% wouldn't have voted. Assuming no changes to the dynamic of the race, you'd have an approximate popular vote split of 52-47 Clinton.
