Wow, so progressive and brave.
Seriously, all foreign aid by Intl. organisations should be tied to banning dumb stuff like this first.
As for the developed world, all cases of child GM in GB (highest prevalence in Europe there I believe) should be treated with the utmost severity, including permanent loss of custody, and expressed deportation for the perpetrators if such action is legal (i.e. on a Visa, not a citizen).
