Increasing chatter here is that Wes Moore is becoming the one to beat. Interestingly, he's got Hoyer's endorsement which is a direct affront to Pelosi's endorsement of Perez.

Word going around is that there is tension between Baker and Franchot (related to state funding disputes) as well as Perez (related to the DNC's inaction in the 2018 primary that Baker narrowly lost). I'd bet on Baker getting behind Moore or King - his endorsement could be extremely beneficial now that the primary lacks a candidate from PG County.
