For North Carolina-
Wilkes
Yadkin

For Ohio-
Geauga
Fulton
Warren
Logan
Champaign
Union
Madison (Although 1876 is suspiciously close)
Fayette
Clinton
Greene
Morgan

Avery and Mitchell (according to wikipedia in 1876 Mitchell went for Tilden, while both have gone Republican every year since except when they went for TR in 1912) North Carolina as well.

I was about to add those two counties, but then I found out that Mitchell had voted Tilden in 1876. Avery was a part of Mitchell then, so I am unsure if we should add Avery to our list.
I'd say add Avery since it wasn't formed until 1911, so it hasn't voted for a Democrat since it was created as an entity.
