It is becoming abundantly clear that even if the GOP loses badly in November, they will improve with black voters by at least 3-5%.

lol no it isn't

Black voters aren't going to be 90% Dem forever. Between the first step act and the GOP's move away from Randian economics, black voters will begin to switch.
