While I don't know Biden is winning by 9, it IS very possible that Arizona is the new Virginia and the speed as to which it turns left might go faster than we thought, even since 2018.

Not to mention, OHPI is R-leaning and even had McSally winning in the 2018 race.

Even more interesting, OHPI has done 6 polls of this race since last year. Trump has never topped 46% in any of them
