My wife liked it but I didn't. Shyamalan is kind of a nut sometimes.

Bridge to Terabithia - A kids show -pretty good -but sad.

The Illusionist- Entertaining with unexpected ending.

They made the middle/end of the movie a lot more depressing than it actually was in the book.

Yeah, it was different than the book. I'm not sure I would say it was more or less depressing than the book. Definitely more depressing for the main character, but less depressing for the human race.

It was disappointing. I liked other Sci Fi flicks starring Will Smith, but not this one.
