Isolationist: No League of Nations membership, no aide to other countries

Wilsonian: Join the League of Nations and commit to war

Bryanite: Join the League of Nations but avoid war

Debsian: Not sure if it differs from Bryanism or not

Lodgeite: Join the League of Nations, don’t commit to war but try to intervene ASAP

Lodgeite (seems the closest to foreign policy realism and also seems to be the most flexible one, joining the League of Nations and then leaving all options on the table)

Wilsonian, easily

I would have enthusiastically supported the League of Nations

Bryanite by far.

I'm well aware that after the Spanish American War that complete isolationism would not be feasible.

Probably Debsian, but I’d be much more lenient to establish and work with the new Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. While the USSR is a revisionist, undemocratic state, there are key ideas and goals that would be seen with cooperative eyes here.

World War 1 was just as inevitable as the War of 1812.  Germany was basically already at war with us and blowing up all our ships and murdering civilians en masse.  If you just lie down and let them do that, youse a bitch.
