I'm going to periodically post changes here made as part of the transition to Talk Elections. This includes, policy, features, and other superficial changes. Big changes will probably get their own thread if/when made.

For anyone who has been around long enough to make that many posts, this forum will always be Atlas, not Talk Elections - in my opinion, anyway. Even I have a hard time not saying atlas.

Beautiful! I think I technically made the Vatican City avatars, but HCP/Scott/Koopa all deserve instant promotion to Atlas Institution status for this massive effort!
