This is good to hear. He needs to show Americans what a real president looks like, and how pathetically low the bar has been lowered for Trump.

I don't see the point of this but as long at it makes the "Where is Biden" crowd to shut up it's fine by me.

This is a good way to make the best of a bad situation and stay in the fray while he lays the groundwork for the general election behind-the-scenes (well, hopefully they're doing that).

Biden's not the President, and he's not going to help himself by "playing President". Joe Biden isn't going to tell anyone anything they can't get from some news channel.

If Biden actually does this, his poll numbers will instantly drop. Ordinary Americans will not take well to a Presidential candidate actively trying to second-guess and undercut the existing President.
