That's the same pollster polling on different days.  The two way matchup #s are actually the same in both polls, but the #s for the matchup that includes everyone on the ballot are different.

Oh, my mistake. It looks like Biden has gained 2 points in the matchup with everyone, but stayed the exact same in the two way. Very very static.
