We really need to be prepping now for universal vote by mail for November.

As if coronavirus is going to still be a problem by November.

We need to be prepared that it will be.

Terrible, extremely short-sighted decision that sets a bad precedent.  The primaries MUST NOT be delayed.  Sanitize the machines after every person votes.  Extend voting hours til midnight if need be.

This is why we need universal vote by mail with automatic voter registration.

Election will not be delayed

However there will be some changes:

Not sure when we will get results released.

Let's not forget that the WI Supreme Court race is taking place on the same day.  The increased Dem turnout was supposed to be the silver lining to Sanders staying in this late, whether you support him or not.

Agreed, still might work too, even with all the COVID-19 craziness.

Hopefully no poll workers will show up on Tuesday for the WI primary, so that this „election“ will be invalidated and held in 3 months.

That's not going to happen. The National Guard is going to fill in the vacant slots.

Good for Evers, but I have to imagine this is going to get reversed.

It amazes me to remember that just a few decades ago (when I was in college poli sci classes), Wisconsin was given as a prime example of a smoothly running, bipartisan state government that worked for the best interests of its citizens.

Does Evers have the right to do this or not?

Probably not, but it's still the right thing to do and it makes the Republican State Legislature and Supreme Court liable to anyone that gets sick and die.

Republican State Legislature and now the Conservative Supreme Court will have blood on their hands.

It gets even worse:

This will result in thousands of votes not being counted. This is a illegitimate election.

Wait, are they not going to count votes mailed in tomorrow or today?

EDIT: Sorry, postmarked by tomorrow:

I'm now 100% in favor of packing the courts.
