About 30.000 had their votes changed because their preferred candidates dropped out ...

There are also more absentee voters this year after the law got changed in 2018 to allow no-excuse absentee voting.

So far, about 1 million ballots were requested in both the D & R primaries and about 600.000 were returned so far.
