Dammit, if King wins, then Scholten can't flip the seat.

Mrvan has expanded his lead over McDermott slightly in IN-01 to 34.3-27.8 with the latest Lake County vote dump.

I mean, he would be an underdog against King as well.

Like Plame I don't see why everyone assumed McDermott was the favourite. Mrvan clearly had most of the establishment support.

Didn't McDermott have both Donnelly's and Buttigieg's endorsement? And a sizable fundraising advantage?

Not national but still impressive given both the activation effects of the historical events, and the off-cycle nature the cities primary which dissuades AA turnout.

Can't find any corroborating data anywhere else but BOTH of Idaho's incumbent congressman are about 10 pts away from being primaried. The only source I can find is a local station:

Almost certainly test data since virtually every 2 way race is 55/45

Yeah the fact that no other site has results makes me believe this is a reporting error. Still, would be glorious to see.

All I knew was that Mrvan had the union support and Viclosky's backing. Fair enough overall though.

The PA-08 GOP primary has been incredibly close all night; currently, the top three candidates are within 2% of each other:

Teddy Daniels 8,623 (27.1%)
Earl Granville 8,287 (26.0%)
Jim Bognet 8,075 (25.4%)

If there is a saving grace for King it's that the counties that are all in have him ahead, so perhaps late deciders might save him.
