The Mario Party of Atlasia (formerly census coded "Mar") and the Law and Justice Party (no formal census code) do hereby agree to merge pursuant to F.L. 15-05§2.4 under the following terms:


The resultant party shall be named the Law and Justice Party-Permanent Revolutionary Corporation: People's Social Democratic National Union (Trotsky-Bidenist-Buddhist-Mario Path), or LJP-PRC:PSDNU(TBBM) for short, shall use census code "LJP", shall retain the census color (#FA00FF) of the Mario Party. The resultant party chair shall be the incumbent party chair of the Law and Justice Party, while the chair of the Mario Party shall become the patron saint of the new party. As neither of the constituent parties have adopted formal bylaws, the resultant party shall not immediately adopt bylaws.

Be it resolved on this twenty-fourth day of February, two thousand and twenty,

Both parties shall now hold a vote on the merger to meet the conditions of F.L. 15-05§2.4.
